“went here with a couple friends during winterlicious and what a treat! The duck I had was crispy and juicy and everyone enjoyed their food. Service was very well executed, our wine was thoughtfully poured throughout the night. Interior is stunning, will definitely be back to try more dishes.”

“AMAZING Winterlicious, the options on the menu were very extended something for everyone. It was hard to choose btwn scallops/beef tartar/beet salad!! Duck confir was literally divine, the skin was perfection, tender flavourful meat over a bed of potaoes, mushrooms and velvety sauce (Michelin worth). Creme brulee dessert was a kiss finish to the evening. Bartender also made a delicious mocktail 💞”

“We came here for the winterlicious menu and it was such a great deal for the quality of food, $55 for 3 course. I was already excited for the the selections that they have for winterlucious. We got the scallops and beef tartar for appeys. Scallops were good but cut a bit too thin so you don't get much but fair for the price you're paying. The beef tartar was prob our favorite. It was seasoned well and the tangy sauce gives it an added boost in flavors. The seafood risotto was done well and the duck was cooked perfect. Crispy but not dry in the inside. The mushroom, potatoes and gravy that it came with were all great as well. The desserts were probably my least favorite. Creme brulee wasn't creamy enough and texture was a bit too solid. The chocolate cake wasn't too bad though. The wine and cider were great and our bartender/server was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would totally come back again.”

“We had the spring menu, and overall the food was pretty good, but there was a lack of any vegetable options. There was one beet dish on the menu, but otherwise no salads or any other veggie dishes. It felt a bit imbalanced as the rest of the menu was mostly meat/bread/pasta. Our server was not bad, but not super friendly or attentive, and we did have to wait awhile for our plates to be cleared at times. We had the Sourdough, which was good and the dip was surprisingly flavourful and spicy. We also had the Patatas Bravas which was slightly disappointing, it kind of felt like bar food. The Sliders were really tender and delicious. The Gnocchi had more mushrooms than gnocchi, but I did appreciate the asparagus in this dish as it was the only vegetable in everything we ordered. Comparing this venue to other tapas restaurants (Rasa, Bar Isabel) It was still good, but just didn’t compare to the food and service I have experienced elsewhere.”
