“The menu is fabulous here. Everything from the appetizers to the main courses to the desserts are absolutely delicious. My favorites are the Bao Asado, beets carpaccio , the ribeye , the Malibi dessert and the fruit sorbet. Always looking forward to eating at Silan. The atmosphere is so peaceful and beautiful too. Yonatan always makes sure everything is perfect. Tonight Alejandro was wonderful taking care of our table. A truly pleasant and great experience.”
