“Everything was great here. Steaks were cooked just right. Waiter was amazing and the views are perfect. I had the mushroom ravioli and everyone else had filet mignon. Side dishes are large enough to share. Bread service was very good as well. Highly recommend for a very nice dinner.”

“This review is for drinks and food on the bar side as part of the hotel, but the kitchen is shared. My partner and I had one of the most impressive charcuterie plates in our lives to accompany two very well-made cocktails (should have taken a picture, but everything was well presented)! The charcuterie was so substantial that we didn’t need much of a dinner (we just came back for a salad and a chocolate torte later). Our server and bartender Alyssa was also very kind and welcoming. The bar area seating is in a scenic spot at the hotel, as you’re right above the river and gorge. Glad we stopped by during our short stay and grateful to the staff!”

“Let’s set the scene. We were a group of 9 for a bachelorette party. The folks at Simon’s Cliff House did a phenomenal job of making sure our table was ready for us before we even got there. The prep and thought of guest/customer experience was thought about before we even stepped in the door. That’s a sign of a good hospitality team. I want to give a special shout out to our server Thomas. If you have tried to wrangle 9 giggly happy women who are close friends you know this is a feat. Thomas was calm and composed the whole evening. He was through and had the perfect amount of interactions with our table to keep up with our needs. We never had to wonder where our server was the whole evening. Our food came out perfectly timed together - props to the BOH on that because y’all had to be precise in that ticket execution. Round of a applause to the line/prep chefs too :) Alyssa, one of the bartenders, came over to our table to ask follow up questions when some of us ordered unique drinks. She was professional and met our groups needs with ease and a touch of humor. If you are planning a special event and you’re able to request Thomas you won’t regret it.”

“This is a pleasant lunch venue. Worth the stop if you are on a day trip through the Gorge. The server was attentive and informative regarding menu questions. The food was good. It is not fine dining as much as it is comfort food. The dining area has great views of the Columbia River and garden landscape. The facility is clean and well maintained. I enjoyed my snowy lunch at this restaurant. I plan to return in the future.”
