“There hasn’t been food of this caliber in the Columbia Gorge since the Columbia Gorge Hotel sold in 2009. The tasting menu, unique and creative, was paired with perfect wines for each course. Service was knowledgeable and helpful. Food was beautifully prepared and presented. Do wish there was a little more warmth in the surroundings, and that the music was more appropriate to the experience. (The music was changed at our request).”

“Tucked into Hood River, this place is an absolute gem—the kind you want to gatekeep but also can’t stop talking about. It’s where you finish dessert and immediately think, “yeah… I’m coming back.” The food? Next level. Everything feels super intentional but without being fussy—beautifully plated, packed with flavor, and honestly kind of looks like art you get to eat. Every single dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor, you could tell how much thought and creativity went into each course. The wine pairings elevated everything perfectly and complemented each bite in the best way. Our waiter was outstanding, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food and wine. He walked us through every course and pairing, which made the entire experience even more memorable. From start to finish, it was an amazing evening. I think the small staff and Intimate setting really helped with this. The food was immaculate. Please do the add on caviar service and wagyu at the end. It was hands down the best piece of meat I’ve ever eaten.”
