Sojourn Cellars produces highly acclaimed Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon wines. We source fruit from celebrated vineyards in both Sonoma and Napa counties, where we work closely with vineyard owners who use world-class growing methods for cultivating grapes of the highest quality. Our hands-off winemaking style allows the character and personality of these special vineyard sites to shine through in the finished wines.
“Best wine tasting in all of Sonoma, must visit!! Our air bnb host recommended we visit, and out of all the estates, tastings and vineyards we went to during our trip the wine here was absolutely the best. We also learned so much here from Jason, such a delightful experience! They even had gluten free truffle chips for me to enjoy between wines. Thank you, Sojourn!!”
“My husband and I had an AMAZING wine tasting experience at Sojourn. Tracy was our host and she was fabulous - she was so knowledgeable and had an awesome sense of humor. We were visiting Sonoma for our anniversary and Tracy made us feel extra special during our tasting. The wine was fabulous, too! Highly recommend.”
“This is an easy, enjoyable stop and a nice place to spend some time. The wines are approachable and well made, with the Pinots clearly being the reason to come. They’re consistently good and feel like the heart of what they do. The Cabernets are fine, just not as memorable as the Pinots. Nothing wrong with them at all, they just don’t stand out in the same way. Service was friendly and solid, not flashy but comfortable and smooth. Parking is Sonoma Square street parking, so expect a short walk. Pricing felt reasonable for the quality, with most bottles around 75 to 80, and while I’d happily return, it’s worth knowing the wine club is fairly heavy with three shipments a year and a six bottle minimum. Overall, this was a genuinely good experience with nothing to ding. It feels like a 4.5 out of 5 in spirit, but rounding down lands it at a solid 4, and a place I’d gladly visit again.”
“In A Nutshell: -Sojourn Cellars is a nice, convenient wine tasting spot in downtown Sonoma. -It's reservation only, so please contact to arrange a tasting. -The outdoor seating arrangements are very comfortable. -You get to try 5 different wines (mostly their specialty which is pinot noir) along w/ a pairing (if you opted for that). -I suggest ordering the pairings b/c the wines pair very good w/ the cheeses. -Everything is local to include the cheese, which is supplied across the street from Sonoma Cheese Factory. -The customer service was very good, highly knowledgeable & friendly. Overall, if you don't want to drive too far to the vineyards, Sojourn Cellars is a great place to do some wine tasting!”
“I was looking forward to trying these wines as part of the December Sonoma Art walk, so much that I called to make sure they would be open when could make it, by 630pm. I was assured they would be open until 730pm and pouring their sparkling and Pinot. Unfortunately when I arrived they said they were closed. I wish I didn’t plan my night around this. Especially since I’m from Canada and not here for very long :(”
