“We had a wonderful time at the Ivy Grill seated on the outside terrace. Kartik our waiter was excellent and made it the perfect relaxing evening with his superb service and friendly smile. It was a busy Thursday night but he was highly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was brought out timely despite it being busy and was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend.”

“We had a wonderful dining experience at The Ivy Covent Garden and couldn’t fault a single thing. We chose the set menu and started with the crispy duck salad, which was absolutely delicious — perfectly balanced and full of flavour. For mains, we both had the chicken, which was cooked beautifully and just as impressive. Every dish felt really well thought out and executed to a high standard. We paired everything with a glass of rosé Laurent-Perrier, which was the perfect finishing touch and made the whole experience feel that bit more special. From start to finish, everything was exquisite. The food, atmosphere, and service all came together perfectly — we’ll definitely be return”

“Absolutely beautiful food and ambiance. My husband and three kids ages 6-14 ate their plates clean. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. Martin our waiter was fantastic. The attention to detail shows in everything with the food, drinks, and even restrooms!”

“Had a budget meal, 2 course for £22.95. Good choices and enjoyable food, well presented. Dessert option could be better, profiteroles looked lovely but quite tart taste and a little hard. Atmosphere good, staff member generally good though forgot a couple of things we asked for.”

“Update to reply: I couldn’t return unless there’s an improvement to the cleaning, I wouldn’t waste my hard earn money. My review is fair and hope this helps not only clients but the restaurant too. It was a fantastic atmosphere, especially since it was my birthday treat. The food I ordered was incredible, while my partner’s was average. I savoured the zucchini fries, duck salad, monkfish and prawn curry and the black bee honey cheesecake was simply perfect. The Easter menu included Prosecco, which I can’t drink and no alternative was offered. I had to ask for it in the end. I ordered red wine and had to ask for better glasses that should have been red wine glasses. The place was dusty maybe two days worth and the staff seemed disinterested. The service was poor. I ended up wanting to go to the bar because the barman was engaging and made everyone feel welcome. By the end, the manager chipped in though he shouldn’t have. He was genuinely lovely and very knowledgeable about his job. My view is, we work hard for our money and we spend it on quality because we deserve the break of day to day life. I felt cheated, our bill was £165. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.”
