The Apis Hotel & Restaurant is a multi-level concept featuring a full-service restaurant, multiple event spaces, a stunning rooftop bar, and 6 premium guest rooms. Opened in July of 2020, The Apis is dedicated to globally-inspired food & beverage with a focus on local, seasonal ingredients.
“From start to finish the team at the Apis made our party of 22 guests feel well taken care of. The food and drinks were amazing, the service was terrific, and the ambiance/overall experience was grade A. I highly recommend The Apis as a place to dine with a large party.”
“We had a wonderful time tasting 3 different E.H. Taylor bourbons and 1 E.H. Taylor rye whiskey. The staff hosting the event were friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their work. The facility was very unique and comfortable. I'm excited to return and try the food.”
“If you have not checked out the Apis Hotel you are surely missing out! The food is consistently on point (especially those breakfast potatoes 🥔 🤤) I have not stayed at the hotel myself but if it’s anything like how the restaurant is cared for I can’t imagine anything short of wonderful! The staff is always so kind and friendly, my husband and I recently asked if we could use their hotel lobby area for our maternity photos as the ambiance and decor is stunning! They were so gracious to let us use their space for a while to capture some lovely photos! Thank you so much! 🥰”
“Went in to the bar area for cocktails on my sister in law's birthday. We got there towards the end of the night. Candace I believe her name was made us feel like life-long friends. She gave us amazing drink recommendations. She is very knowledgeable in her craft. We'll be fighting to get served by her next time we're in the area. Would also like to mention the kitchen staff did an amazing job as well. The flat bread we ordered was amazing!”
“I’ll start with the positive, atmosphere and drinks are great! Beautiful space and fun seasonal drinks. Service is poor, understaffed, possibly inexperienced. Food… even worse. Go in with low expectations, you might go on a great day and be surprised. We used to be regulars that turned into going on occasion. Brunch was one thing we would go for but after two hours of waiting for two over easy eggs that look like my dog might have gotten to them first, toast and fruit, is insane. The rest of our order was incorrect and every dish came out at different times, almost 5-10 mins apart.”
