“Slow service. Mediocre food. The fruit looked like it was fresh two days ago but shouldn't have been served to us. This was a family brunch gathering with 10 people. One member of our party asked for a second drink, and after 15 minutes waiting, walked to the bar to get it. There were very few people dining in the restaurant. Omelettes were overcooked. Next time we will look for another place to gather.”

“Wow, where do I start? We visited the handesome cab Sat, Nov 15th, 2025. My wife and I were visiting York for the weekend. The owners were awesome, decor awesome, atmosphere awesome. Food, not so much!! Pretty terrible. My Cacio e Pepe was swimming in oil, the cheese was not creamy, it looked like the 3 cheeses were sprinkled on the dish without the constant blending into the pasta to create the creamy sauce, it was completely prepared incorrectly AND it came in a skillet!! It looked like oil and water seperating, clearly the chef has no clue how to make this simple, yet elegant, technical dish. My wifes main dish was the Portugeuse Burgerette.. The menu states it comes with an orange aioli but it clearly was not, it was mayonnaise, and lots and lots of it! Our appetizer consisted of the Bang Bang shrimp. They were extremely overcooked and had no flavor because of it! We were left with a horrible aftertaste of oil in our mouths, not good. Again, technically, the chefs cooking technique failed once again. In all fairness, my mother in law had the Asian Veggie Burgerette and she enjoyed it. We would return for a night cap, just not for a Dark and Stormy, which my wife had and was all wrong, was shakened and stirred, lol, and or listen to the piano player, which, btw, on the night we were there was not performing. My mother in law was happy, I'm fine with that!”

“Went out to explore new places. Won’t be coming back here. My main dish had no taste, prices are very high for the quality of food. They didn’t have several things available from their menu. The waiter was nice.”
