“Wow. This place. It was our first time trying this place out and it was incredible from start to finish! We were greeting by a very friendly, all smiles host. He really gave the initial feel of a friendly restaurant! We were seated and our waitress, a blonde young woman who was also very friendly and recommended I get lamb on my Himalayan Pizza and SHE WAS RIGHT BECAUSE IT WAS SO FREAKIN GOOD! The pizza had so much flavor, the spices, the taste!! It was FRESH and it was absolutely delicious! We also the got Tornado Fries and Chicken Chow Mein and both busting with flavor. I want to add that we also got the fried calamari- IVE NEVER HAD SUCH CRUNCHY CALAMARI IN MY LIFE it was so satisfying! I got a delicious mock tail and the mezcal drink that just knocked your socks off. If you want to try a place with fantastic and flavorful Nepal flavors, you have found your new favorite place! Thank to the friendly staff, really, your genuine smiles and constant attentiveness to your customers and delicious food has won our hearts!”
“What a lovely experience for a chill date night with my hubby. There was a live band lighting up the atmosphere with beautiful notes and jazzy vibes. The food was all delicious and perfectly prepared. The chicken momos were juicy, almost like soup dumplings. The tornado fries were flavorful, especially the sauces. The lamb was juicy and tender. The cocktail and mocktail were balanced in sweet, tart, savory and spirit (for the alcoholic drink). Our server was warm and friendly, providing us with on point food recommendations and even a nice movie recommendation. I can't wait to visit again on another date night or even with my kid (since they have such a broad menu).”
“What a gem! We stumbled upon this place by accident, and I’m so glad we did. Everything was absolutely delicious. It was so good that I’m already planning to come back before flying home. We tried a few mocktails: the pineapple coconut one was especially yummy and their famous steamed dumplings. We also ordered the goat curry and the pear and brie salad. Every dish came out looking beautiful and tasted just as amazing. Can’t wait to return!”
“A couple of weeks ago, my group of 10 (pictured) celebrated our 25th anniversary of visiting China in 2001. Each year we get together for this reunion. We try to find new places and on finding Tipsy Yeti, I think we have found our permanent place. The Service was 5 star as well the atmosphere and THE FOOD: 10 STARS! We started with the Tornado Fries, OMG taste & presentation! We grazed through the menu; artichoke fritters, Lamb Momo's (I can't wait to enjoy more) Chicken & Pork Chow Mein, KTM Chiola, Pork sekuwa,(grilled pork belly) Mustang chicken melted in your mouth, Jhaneko Dal, slow cooked lentils, delicious, and the Chana Masala with their Nepali spices. Never had such amazing flavors. Such a fabulous find. I also understand they have a sister restaurant in Glen Ellen, my next outing! Upon completing this banquet they brought out this beautiful surprise Dessert! WOW!!! Is was DELICIOUS! Thank you, Tipsy Yeti, for making our reunion such a memorable one!!!! Highly recommend to all! Oh yes, they also make some delicious cocktails 🍸 😋 😍”
“A Hidden Gem for Authentic Nepali Flavors! Very first visit: We visited Tipsy Yeti for a late Saturday lunch and were immediately impressed. The atmosphere is elegant yet simple, featuring high ceilings and vibrant acoustic panels that give the space a clean, modern feel. Since it was a quiet afternoon, we were able to choose our own seat, and the service from Rubina S. was top-notch from start to finish—she was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The Food Highlights: • Appetizer Wings: Fresh and delicious. We loved it. While the flavor was perfect, a bed of dry salad (cabbage/onions) would help elevate the presentation and balance the butter on the plate. 10/10 • Paneer Steamed Momo: A true taste of home! These were absolutely incredible. 11/10. • Sizzling Chicken Momo: Very tasty, though a bit heavy on the sauce for our personal preference. 9/10 • Tipsy Veggie Pizza: The absolute star of the show. We opted for the Nepali-style sauce, and it was "the bomb." Kudos to the chef for this creative recipe! 11/10 The drinks were equally impressive; the Ram Lila mocktail was refreshing, and the classic margarita was crafted to perfection. The bartender rocks! We’ll definitely be back soon with our non-Nepali friends— I can proudly say this is what Nepali food tastes. Yay! Please don’t miss out on this spot if you want an authentic taste of Nepal.”
