“TRUSS Wines is absolutely stunning — from the modern, open design to the gorgeous vineyard views, it’s easily one of the prettiest tasting rooms we visited. The atmosphere feels elevated yet relaxed, making it the perfect place to slow down and really enjoy great wine. What made the experience unforgettable, though, was Kip. She brought so much warmth, personality, and knowledge to our tasting. She walked us through each wine in a way that was engaging and easy to follow, sharing details that made us appreciate every pour even more. We were laughing, learning, and having the best time from start to finish. And as an added bonus — she has the cutest dog in the world named Dottie, which just made the whole experience even better. 🐶✨ Kip truly elevated our visit. “Out of the five wineries we visited over the weekend TRUSS was my husband’s favorite! After Olive oil tasting up the road we decided to stop by and check this place out. Just Wow! The views were relaxing with endless green hills. From the minute we stepped out the car we were greeted with high spirits. their team was so welcoming and friendly. The great conversation and personal attention felt like they invited us to their home to enjoy great wine. Our favorite was the 2024 CHARDONNAY. We can’t wait to join you again soon.”

“We were lucky enough to find out about this place from a great olive oil farm up the hill. Even though their tasting room was under major renovation and we had no reservation, Micah met us with open arms and took us to their temporary tasting room, which was a high end modular adjunct building. Micah was a fantastic host and he was quite the raconteur in the best of ways. Their wines and views are delicious too. This type of place is why we love Paso Robles. Don’t miss it.”
