“Stopped by the Bistro at Villa Toscano Winery and Chef Sam absolutely knocked it out of the park. The chicken sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with great bread and quality ingredients. The Philly cheesesteak was loaded with flavor, tender meat, and melted cheese done right. The fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly. What really makes this place stand out is the atmosphere. Sitting outside with a glass of wine, good food, and the relaxed winery setting made for an awesome experience. You can tell care goes into both the food and presentation here. Chef Sam is doing a fantastic job and definitely deserves recognition for what she’s bringing to the Bistro. We’ll absolutely be back.”
“Best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Amazing wine. Friendly staff. Fantastic setting. Worth every penny”
“There's something for everyone. You like red wine? They've got them. You like white wine? They have them, too. Sweet wine? You betcha! A tasting fee that goes towards your wine purchase? Sure thing! A membership with generous perks? Uh-huh! And complimentary pasta lunch every weekend with your membership?! Absolutely! When you're considering buying a bottle, believe them (especially Maria) when they say the membership is worth it. You will have a fun little getaway to look forward to on your weekends with your mom, your girlfriends, or your best mate. I'm looking forward to coming back again with some friends and family to Villa Toscana. Ciao!”
“We visited on a weekday a little after noon. We ordered lunch at the counter and chose a table outside, although there was a big tent for inclimate weather. The food was ok, but took about 30 minutes until it was served. We enjoyed sitting in the gardens alongside the pond. The grounds are beautiful and look great. The last time we visited was almost 20 years ago.”
“It seems their wines are of good quality, at least based on what my friends have told me. I visited on Wednesday around 1 p.m. There were three tables of visitors at the bistro ordering food, but there was no waiter. We had to order at the cashier. For a place they call a “bistro,” once you walk inside, all expectations vanish pretty quickly. The space felt dark and rundown, with a few empty salad bowls by the window and maybe two or three soft drinks available on a hot, sunny day. The food was actually really good, and that is the only reason I am giving them two stars. However, the customer service was simply not there. They served the food, and from that point on, you were on your own. Most likely, I will not be coming back.”
