Step into the kitchen with Chef Vincent for a classic French menu to enjoy for Bastille Day. This class will be mostly demonstration and will consist of Frisee Salad with French Mustard Dressing, Bacon, Caramelized Onion, Gruyere Tart and Peach Tatin with Blackberry Sauce along with a Kir Royale for a Bastille Day toast! There will be some hands on participation with each course. You'll get plenty of personal instruction, and leave with skills you can use at home.Vincent's reserves the right to reschedule if we do not receive enough sign-ups.Terms:Participation in a Vincent's Culinary Class will involve Student’s use of cooking equipment, tools and facilities in a kitchen environment outside of their own home.
