Wizard People, Dear Reader
Willikers! The holiday season is upon and that can mean but one thing: the return of the legendary internet phenomenon "Wizard People, Dear Reader".Come watch as Professor Brett Niley performs his surreal one-man reinterpretation of "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" as a live band provides the score, a foley artist performs live sound effects, and a heavily mutated version of the film is projected behind them all.It takes the fourth-wall-breaking of Mystery Science Theater 3000 and the schlock antics of Rocky Horror to delirious new heights.For years a sold out event in Portland, this show is now coming to White Branches in Mount Vernon WA.Arrive early to shop our boutique emporium, get added enchanting moments and purchase popcorn, cotton candy, boxed candy, sodas, wine, beer and magical sparkling beverages!Doors open at 7:00 pm. Guests will enjoy their own private room, a full tiered tea menu which includes delicious tea sandwiches (Mango chutney egg salad, Cucumber w/dill butter, Turkey w/Havarti , Caprese salad and Tarragon chicken), scrumptious scones, delectable specialty desserts. Also served are our scrumptious plain and peach scones, fresh fruit and an assortment of delectable desserts!
