“White Branches is a unique treasure in the heart of Mount Vernon. From the moment you enter, you are captivated by the decor and greeted by a welcoming host. We enjoyed tea on a weekday and found it relaxing and delicious. Three tiers of fresh pastries, sandwiches, and other tasty treats along with a pot of the most delicious tea. The owner is happy to give you a tour and share news of upcoming events such as the cabaret shows. I highly recommend this for locals and visitors alike. Oh, and plenty of free parking, beautiful old grainery building, and ADA accessible.”

“A cabaret theater/tearoom combo is an ingenious concept that's right up my theatrical, tea-loving alley. I had the pleasure of experiencing the tea room with a good friend earlier this month, and I was in awe the entire visit. Once we rode up the building's elevator and left the first floor (and reality) behind, it felt like we had stepped into a mesmerizing, otherworldly realm, part storybook, part circus, part dream. The tea itself was a delicious feast, and the decor was a gorgeous feast for the eyes. Photos don't completely do the place justice. White Branches is an immersive, scrumptious, wholly original delight, and I cannot wait to go back. What a wonderful find in Mount Vernon!”
