She gave that that southern hospitality they spoke about. She made the best drinkkkjk I’ve had and i don’t drink like that but I was. Kevin was so sweet and checked in everyone and showed love. “Came here on a Friday night to celebrate my sister's birthday and while it was a quiet night as far as number of guests. The vibes were still there. The place is beautiful. The food was good and service was great, especially from Jumni and we loved the little Zanzi Bar Birthday song. We will definitely be back next time we are in Atlanta.”

He took the time to explain the menu in detail, answered all of our questions patiently, and gave great recommendations. “Zanzibar has a cozy, island vibe that’s both relaxing and beautiful 🌺. The hanging flowers and decor really set the tone. The crab and spinach dip was perfect, and the drinks especially the Tropical Bliss and Royal Zanzibar (hibiscus tea) were delicious. For the main course, the deep-fried snapper, jollof rice, and lamb chops were all well-seasoned and flavorful. The sides of coconut jasmine rice and garlic parmesan potatoes were a great addition. There was a small mix-up, but we got to try the Top Flight Zantini (lemon drop, blueberry, mango, lychee), and they were all good. They also offer vegetarian and vegan options, including a Zanzi veggie platter, salad, and some sides. The customer service was great and attentive, the patio is nice, and there’s a cute photo spot. Plus, free parking! If you enjoy hookah, they offer a menu with a variety of flavors to choose from. They have a DJ on Sundays (around 8 PM) but before DJ arrived there was a nice mix of African and island music playing. There are TV's around if you are trying to catch the game.
