“We finally made time to visit Adelaida Winery on our latest trip to Paso, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our visit. The wines were excellent, but what truly made the experience memorable was our server, Lisa. She was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make our tasting special. Hearing the history of the vineyard and learning more about the wines directly from her added a personal touch you simply can’t get from a website or brochure. We’re so glad we stopped by and can’t wait to return. 100 percent world recommend this place and if you can ask for Lisa!”

“Between startup life and grad school, I hadn’t been able to get away, so I was especially excited to be back in Paso Robles this weekend at Adelaida. I hadn’t visited since the week before everything shut down for COVID, and I’m happy to say it’s just as great as I remembered. The vibe is cozy and understated, which is a big part of the charm. It doesn’t feel overly commercialized or like they’re rushing people in and out; there’s a real sense of care behind the experience. The wines are excellent, and the pricing feels very fair, especially since nothing about the experience feels over the top or pretentious. We came on a last-minute trip and weren’t able to get a reservation online, but they were kind enough to accommodate us as walk-ins. We spent about an hour there, enjoyed the tasting, and ended up buying a few bottles. We’ll definitely be back soon, and I’d love to join the wine club once we start drinking more wine. Highly recommend, just really good quality all around.”

“I'm sure their "just" wine tasting experience is nice, but I can't recommend the Signature Hilltop Experience here enough! Amazing experience with delicious balanced wines and perfectly paired with special cheeses. All with an incredible view! All 3 couples in our group joined their wine club. And Paul took great care of us. I give the experience an A+! I might not have known to go here unless friends who had been before and a local recommended it based on their personal favorites in Paso. I'm so glad they did!”

“The wine is fantastic, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the staff is fun and friendly. We started coming here in 2009 and they have remained a favorite ever since. They make delicious Rhone wines and their Bordeauxs are excellent. Their Anna's Red is a GSM that is always a favorite with fruit and floral flavors that are subtle with some leathery tannins and green hints. The syrah is similar in its flavor profile with a touch more structure. The cab Sauv is interesting as it's floral/ fruit flavors are sort of hiding behind the greens. They are all very tasty. The tasting room is so beautiful with some excellent paintings from Erin Hanson. It's very comfortable and the staff makes it even more at home.”

“My fiancé and I had an incredible time! The tasting took place at a hilltop location, which was private and incredibly romantic. Chris, our server, was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. The setting was serene, offering stunning views of the hills surrounding the winery. The only sounds we could hear were the birds chirping in the trees. Having visited many wineries before, this experience topped them all. The wines were smooth, silky, and bursting with rich flavors, without any harsh bite.”
