“My cousin & I had a fun time here. I love their selection of pottery & how it's already made - I love painting. Their prices were reasonable & painting the pottery was relaxing. However, I'm a bit disappointed with the result of my pottery. There's some smudged dark bits on the front. I'm usually pretty detail oriented, so I'm surprised I didn't see it before leaving. I don't think there's any fixing it. :( Overall, a nice place to visit and great selection of pieces, just be mindful of smudges if yours has a white background like mine.”
“Had a great time here painting some pottery. The pieces are typically around $20-30 depending on how large. You must reserve a spot with a credit card and I believe it’s a $10 cancellation fee if you don’t show. It takes about a week for them to fire it, and they put a layer of clear glaze on it to make it food safe.”
“Pottery painting was fun and staff was super friendly. I definitely have some issues with the structure but not on the employees and more on the establishment. My group got a time slot for 1 hour and 45 minutes and we were struggling to finish. I definitely had to cut corners in simplifying my design and the amount of coats I wanted to do. There is no studio fee and you pay per object so there would be no way to return to the studio if you wanted to spend more time without buying a whole other product to paint. Overall felt very rushed but still enjoyed the experience.”
“Quaint art studio, ideal for couples and small groups. Spent a Saturday afternoon here with girlfriends and really enjoyed the experience. The staff were patient, informative and really nice. They made sure we were clear about the process from beginning to end. I did find it challenging to move around the space when viewing ceramics, collecting supplies etc as there is very limited space to move around. Wide selection of ceramics to choose from. The price point is somewhat above average for each piece. Would return again in the future.”
“really great place for all ages. a couple caveats, they require spots booked online in advance but the website does not work well. either it lets you choose a date but not a time or nothing at all. very frustrating! then when you finally get a booking, you get texts at 2am (pictured) reminding you about your booking!!! who in their right mind decided that was a good idea? they refuse to take bookings over the phone that being said, when you get a booking, it’s a great place. there are lots of different colors, patterns and clays figures to choose from. the paint does not look like it is anything special at first but once it’s baked, it really looks amazing. they have birthday party options and it’s a great place to take kids who are interested in art to explore their creativity. parking is a bit difficult but patience is key, a spot will open up eventually. we usually park on the side streets and walk 5 mins.”
