“Amada Wine Cellar is an absolute gem and a must-stop on the 101! Walk-ins welcome! Proprietors Ramon and Sandra are an inspiration. You can feel the love and pride behind their wine, from the thoughtful labels honoring their family to the warm atmosphere in their family-run tasting room. The wines are exceptional, delicious, high quality, and very reasonably priced. The Rosé has a hint of Jolly Rancher candy (yum!), the Meritage blend was my favorite (buttery and not too sweet), and my hubby loved the Estate Syrah Reserve. We left with two cases of wine and a club membership (with zero sales pitch). Stop by the Los Alamos Market for excellent snacks and sandwiches. Sandra invited us to bring ours into the tasting room, which we really appreciated. Scoot over, Los Olivos! Amada Wine Cellar is putting Los Alamos on the map for incredible wine and authentic hospitality. Highly recommend! Cheers!”
