Ours is a story only Miami can tell. It’s about lands far away but not forgotten, a culture we’re building as we put down roots, and the heights we can reach. Executive Chef and Owner Michael Beltran’s vision — shaped by passion for his Cuban heritage, devotion to championing Miami ingredients and tradition, and commitment to classic French technique — guides one of the city’s most talented restaurant teams in every dish, every drink, every moment at Ariete. Most important, though, is that you experience delicious food. That you escape. That you feel welcome in our home. Take a ride through a tasting menu or experience our canard à la presse in our dining room. Join us at the bar for our Florida Orange and a cocktail. From our corner of Coconut Grove, we’ve sent a message: Miami has a place at the global culinary table. In 2022, we put a Michelin Star on the wall. The world is listening. This is Miami’s food story. We invite you to join us in writing the next chapter.
“Ariete exceeded all of my expectations. I had never experienced anything quite like it before. The fusion of contemporary Cuban-American cuisine with French culinary techniques creates a truly unique, sophisticated, and unforgettable dining experience. Every dish was a celebration of flavor, creativity, and culinary excellence. My sincerest compliments to the chef for his extraordinary talent and gifted hands. His passion, vision, and dedication are evident in every creation that reaches the table. It is clear that each detail is crafted with skill, care, and a deep understanding of the culinary arts. I would also like to express my gratitude to the entire team for their professionalism and hospitality. A special thank you to Nick, whose guidance was exceptional. His recommendations, knowledge, and attention to detail made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable. Ariete offers much more than an outstanding meal—it delivers a complete sensory experience that leaves a lasting impression. Without a doubt, it deserves every accolade it has received, and I will enthusiastically recommend it to anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience.”
“From appetizer to dessert our time there was fantastic. Service was what you would expect from a place like ariete, everyone was really accommodating and helpful. Atmosphere is great. Had the foie gras, the fabada, and their sundae. I highly recommend all three.”
“Talk about attention to detail, service, and presentation of food. Everything was great and you can see and taste the labor of love they present. The reason you dine out is because you will never be able to recreate this at home. It's an experience, you won't be disappointed, and you will leave saying how did they create all those flavors..”
“Amazing experience, highly recommend it. The vibe is laid back, calm but the food lives up to the Michelin star. My favorite plates were the seasonal vegetables, the rice with caviar, pork chop and to finish off the flan is a must! Even if you do not like flan, you will like this one. The chef Alessandro prepared exquisite dishes, I was very happy to dine at Ariete.”
“Had an absolutely delicious New Year’s Eve dinner here, we got the set menu that night which was lamb, and another was wagyu beef. Very delicious, excellent service, and great dining experience overall. Favorites were the bread, squash, and rice. Roughly $250-300 per person including tip and tax, excluding drinks.”
