Aubergine Private Dining Club is a membership driven, private dining concept, located in the heart of the historic City of Grandview. Members pay $1000 per year to join and Chefs Colin Gregory and Marja Winkler create unique, invigorating and delicious modernist dining experiences that tantalize the mind and palate. There is no menu by design, and the reservation only dinners are curated specifically for the members and their guests, with an attention to detail rarely evidenced in the restaurant world.
