“Catering review: we picked up dinner for a party we hosted and everything was fabulous. Chicken kebobs over potatoes were a notable huge hit. Other tasty orders: greek shrimp, beets, & greek salad. Everything was ready on time with easy serve instructions. Our friends were all asking where we got it all. Love, love, love and will order again. Phoenixville can be a zoo for parking but pickup in the rear of the restaurant was easy.”

“Avlos in Phoenixville was an absolute treat. We went on a perfect April night, sat outside, people-watched, and enjoyed the sunset. It’s BYOB, which I love because I can bring a nice bottle of wine I actually want to drink, and the savings are a bonus. We were in the mood for light bites, and everything was excellent. The grilled octopus was outstanding, and the pita with the lemon olive oil emulsion was unbelievably good. The hummus, finished with olive oil and lemon juice and paired with red onions, was just perfect. The shrimp skewers were another standout, and I was pleasantly surprised when they served white tiger prawns. From the atmosphere to the service to the food, the whole experience was exquisite.”

“We had a great time at Avlo’s! Our waiter, Ricky, was helpful and attentive. The food was cooked to perfection. We ordered the hummus and pita, lamb chops, pastitsio special, octopus, and the souvlaki. The octopus was the best we’ve ever had! We also tried the mountain tea which was the perfect balance of zing and sweetness. We will definitely be back.”

“The octopus appetizer with hummus is amazing! It's so good that the special appetizer of mussels that we also tried seemed only okay in comparison. We both tried the lamb chops entree and it was so very tasty. This place is cute, cozy, and clean. It's also BYOB. This is a great option for a date night or a night out with friends.”

“Super neat location right in Phoenixville. Menu had plenty of options, but not overly vast. Service was very helpful, though the food did take a little while to come out. Ambiance is phenomenal with Greek decorations and outdoor seating. Food was excellent, especially the appetizers. Highly recommend for a lunch or dinner spot.”
