Barcelona Wine Bar is a warm and welcoming tapas bar inspired by the culture of Spain. The ever-changing and inclusive menu is focused on clean flavors, seasonal ingredients, specialties from Spain and the Mediterranean, and rustic small plate presentations created by Executive Chef Emilio Garcia. “Cute atmosphere, great service and delicious food. We went on a Sunday afternoon and we were able to get a table instantly as well as find parking in their free parking lot. There are plenty of gluten free options which were all labeled on the menu by the server. Server was also very attentive and food came out quickly. Shared several dishes and bottles of wine (half off on Sundays) and all were amazing. Will definitely be back.”
“I recently had the opportunity to visit Barcelona Wine Bar for a work-related event and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service, cuisine, and hospitality provided by the event & service team. The space is well suited for a variety of gatherings, whether an intimate private dinner, a relaxed group brunch, or a larger company event. The food is truly outstanding as it is both flavorful and satisfying. The extensive wine selection reflects the spirit of a true wine bar, offering guests the chance to explore a very wide range of wines and tapas with ease. The staff provided impressive knowledge of the wine list and offered thoughtful recommendations tailored to my preferences, which greatly enhanced the overall experience. Special thanks to our event team: Kelli, Henry, Jill, Cody, Mariah and Sam (Assistant GM). I would highly recommend Barcelona Wine Bar to anyone visiting Dallas or seeking an excellent venue for hosting an event. I look forward to returning in the future!”
“Second time at Barcelona. Our first visit had a few hiccups, but I have to give credit to the Manager, Angie, who personally reached out and followed up on my feedback. Here’s my review: We ordered almost the same items we tried on our first visit, and tonight we could clearly see the improvement. The pork belly was served at the perfect temperature, and the charred edges were just right. The gambas al ajillo, with that extra touch of chile de árbol, elevated the flavor. The mussels—never disappointing. And the seafood paella was cooked to perfection. Our server was attentive, and so was the rest of the staff. The restaurant gets busy after 5:00 p.m. My best advice is to make reservations early or be ready to hang out at the bar for a bit before being seated. Barcelona is truly worth that second chance.”
“I had high expectations regarding this restaurant, however, they did not exceed them! But, despite that, the food was not bad, I felt well taken care of, the price is reasonable and in short I would say good. I hope to come back to try other things. This time we ate a seafood paella and tapas a Galician octopus.”
“A friend invited me here for my birthday and it was my first time at Barcelona in Dallas and I loved it. The whole experience was so ok from start to finish. ( service was not great) The ambiance is really cute with a great vibe, perfect for a night out or celebrating something special. The wine selection was great and paired perfectly with the food. Everything we tried was flavorful and really tasty. The staff was friendly but lacking. We ordered some drink never made it to the table. Parking was valet, which made it super easy, and the place was very clean including the bathrooms, which I always notice. Overall, such a great spot. I had a really good time.”
