“Had the best dining experience in quite a while. Service was attentive and spot on! Recommendations were home runs. Pork Chop melted like butter in my mouth. Had the Bison, burger, crudo, elk tartare (exquisite), and of course the hush puppies were amazing. Also had the Green Chile cocktail (sub mezcal for tequila). This place lives up to the hype where it matters.”

“One of the best places to eat on the Western Slope! From the beet tartare to the chorizo broccolini pizza, sunchoke hushpuppies, and the burger & fries—everything we tried was incredible. The space itself is beautifully done—upscale with an urban, modern feel. The lighting leans a bit low, but it adds to the relaxed, intimate vibe. We honestly wanted to order everything on the menu, and I love that they switch it up regularly. Service was excellent from start to finish. Also really appreciate the start of non-alcoholic options—would love to see even more, like social tonics, added to the mix. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.”

“Dinner for two here was incredible! The menu is fantastic and is clearly curated purposely and with great care. Service was top notch and the cocktails were great as well. We started with the Elk Tartare, and then ordered the Lamb and the Halibut. Both were amazing! Only downside i’d say is that the espresso martini didn’t come with much to offer in the glass. Still was tasty though 😋”
