“Wow is all I can say. We sat in the bar area and our waiter and waitress were fantastic. The food recommendations were spot on and every dish was better than the last. We got the wild game app, crab cake app, lamb, and the root au gratin. All were amazing !! Kris was one of our waitresses (I wish I remembered our waiters name). Not only was the drinks and food delicious, the service we received from our two staff members were stellar. My husband’s birthday was topped off with the most amazing carrot cake. Thank you again for making our celebration special.”

“Our first time Celebrating Christmas Eve dinner at a restaurant. Everything was great . It's a small restaurant but very nice, the service was great our server took her time to go over the menu and since it was 11 of us she suggested family portion side orders which was a great idea. The food was delicious, I ordered the soup of the day and omg I loved it. Overall we enjoyed our dinner it was worth the price . I do recommend to book in advance especially if it's during Christmas season and if you have a large group.”

“We got to the place and you are immediate received by the front waiter. They take your jackets if you want and then seat you at your table. The restaurant is very small but feels cozy and private at the same time. They have a wide variety of steaks. We ordered most of them but the skirt steak was out of stock which was a bummer. I personally ordered the filet mignon which was amazing. Make sure to order the mushrooms and peppercorn sauces to go on top makes the steak 10x better. All the sides were delicious as well. Service was amazing. And prices for quality and experience were great as well. Would def be coming can to Briar Rose Chophouse”

“We had such a lovely experience here. Our server, John, was genuinely wonderful. He was both friendly and perfectly attentive. We started with the Steak Tartare and the wedge salad, both of which were outstanding. The flavors were clean, balanced, and just really well done. The salmon that followed was cooked perfectly and came with silky mashed potatoes and beautifully prepared broccolini that pulled the whole dish together. Overall, it was one of those meals that just made you close your eyes and consider the flavor. Delicious food, fantastic service, and an easy, welcoming atmosphere. Absolutely a 10/10 and would enthusiastically recommend dining here while in Breck.”

“This was a second time eating at Briar Rose within a week and must say we were extremely disappointed. Our first meal was fabulous , service exceptional however going back a second time we found our ribeye tough and chewy and the skirt steak bland and nothing like we had the first go around. Although we oered cream spinach and whipped potatoes , the spinach didn't come out till 15 min later which was unacceptable. We also ordered to appetizers only to be told they forgot to put the order in for the French onion soup which also came out 15 min later . Sorry won't be going back !”
