“The fish tacos were delicious! The ceviche was delicious with Seabass. I usually don’t eat ceviche because it often is made with tilapia or other questionable fish species farmed from China. The rest of the party enjoyed their burritos, chicken tacos, salmon sandwiches, etc. The alcoholic drinks were delicious and overpriced like much in this area.”

“We visited Habana Cafe to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine University, and overall had a really memorable experience. Oliver, our waiter, did a wonderful job accommodating our group of 13 and made sure we had enough space to comfortably celebrate together. Service throughout the afternoon was attentive, our drinks and food came out in a timely manner, and both Oliver and staff were very kind and helpful. The highlight for our group was definitely the service, pitcher margaritas, and the premium location. Oliver even brought ice buckets for our sparkling bottles, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel extra special. Corkage fee for sparkling was also very reasonable The food itself was good and the portions were generous, though on the pricey side (small bowl of Guacamole $20 eek). There was also a cake fee for bringing in a celebratory cake, which is just something to keep in mind for larger events or special occasions. Overall, the service and atmosphere really made the experience for us, and we appreciated how accommodating Oliver was for such a large graduation celebration. We will return for kale and manchego salad, fish tacos, and margs! Ask for Oliver!”

“Really great Mexican cuisine with a Cuban flair. Their guacamole was probably my favorite I've ever had and their chips and salsa were on point. Very reasonable for Malibu and I would encourage people to go there and enjoy a fantastic feast.”

“I feel like they have the best tacos I have tried in a long time. You have to try the steak taco at Cafe Habana. Heck, try the shrimp one too. Heck, make it a taco fest because their tacos are really that good. They also make anything steak so darn delicious. Their steak dinner with rice and beans was also nice. I love their cut tomato that comes with the meal. It’s soooo good. If you want to grab drinks they also have a bar. I love the vibe and the staff are very sweet and helpful. Tell them Toni said to check them out. Those tacos are worth the drive if you don’t stay around Malibu. Oh one last thing… Apple Maps will take you to the wrong address. At least mine did. Their entrance is located on cross creek not on PCH. Have fun and happy eating.”
