Caliza is a small, family-owned and operated vineyard and winery located in the coveted Willow Creek district of Paso Robles, California. Our focus is on crafting wines from varietals common to the Rhône Valley of France - Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Viognier, among others. But like many winemakers in Paso Robles, we like to throw a surprise or two in the mix. Our wines reflect what we feel are an excellent example of what the region has to offer – bold, yet elegant wines that drink well today and well into the future. “We had a very nice "burger days" lunch here with some wonderful folks all enjoying some entertaiment and food. The atmosphere at this winery was picture perfect with a warm breeze blowing through the oak trees surrounding us all. The huge, "enough for two" beef burger blend was delicious and along with a mountain of fries made the meal complete. We also enjoyed a glass of 2024 Kissin Cousins white wine which made our dining experience memorable. We were entertained by Sami Rouissi a very talented French guitarist who played a variety of music perfect for the occasion. He will be returning on September the 6th of this year. All in all it was an experience that we look forward to at their next burger days sometime in June of this year. Great job Caliza winery.”

Our Host loved his job he was a true connoisseur of the wines explaining how each of them were made up! Azimuth and Syrah were among my favorites! They had indoor and outdoor seating.”
