“First visit with family visiting from Atlanta. We all enjoyed it and it seemed every dish was better than the last. I appreciate the wait staffs attentiveness, my family can be demanding and picky. They had only superlatives to give for the meal and the cocktails.”

“What a wonderful experience! This was the first time I came here and I wasnt disappointed at all. The staff was friendly and the food was well paced. I will say it is a little hot in the restaurant due to where its at but the enviorment is fantastic either way. I also had the expresso martini here and it was really good and paired well with the food. I will be for sure keeping this on my list of places to come back to!”

“Zambra never disappoints. If I could give more stars, I would. I absolutely love the atmosphere. Dark, kind of mysterious, very chill. The food is so unique and fun. I've never had something there I didn't like. Great cocktails too!! We always sit at the bar, and the bartenders are so nice!!”

“food was delicious and wait staff was very friendly. we ordered a few Tapas and was enjoying when they put down menus at the table right next to us. I asked if they could seat these guests elsewhere or move us. I explained I’m still covid conscious. he checked with the hostess and came back and told us they couldn’t move them or us. there was probably 10% full. when he told me that I asked for the check and we left. I did leave a proper tip to our waitress.”

“Pretty disappointed with this one. This restaurant was highly recommended, and among all the options in Asheville, I chose Zambra to have a nice dinner with my girlfriend, who was experiencing Asheville for the first time. While the ambience is nice, the restaurant does feel dirty. But the most disappointing aspect was the food. For such an expensive menu, all of the food we tried tasted like there was zero love put into it. It either arrived cold, flavorless, or the presentation was subpar. I really wanted to like this place, but I just can't recommend.”
