Translating to 'heart, captured' in Farsi, Delbar is a love letter to the influential dishes that shaped Fares’ (owner) youth and the women in his life who instilled his deep appreciation for Middle Eastern cooking. Hailing from Gorgan, Iran, Kargar grew up in the kitchen alongside his mom, aunts and grandmother. When first developing Delbar, he recounted his family’s regular get-togethers where brothers and sisters, cousins, and parents would gather round as Kargar’s grandmother dished warm, toasted bread straight from her tandoor oven. Our menu is a vibrant medley of Iranian, Turkish, Lebanese, and Israeli flavors, each dish carefully crafted to evoke nostalgia and curiosity. Served à la carte, our dishes invite sharing and promise to captivate even the most discerning palate. Join us for 1/2 off bottles of wine every Monday! Happy Hour offerings available at our bar only, Mon-Fri 3PM-6PM.
“Absolutely incredible experience at Delbar tonight, and a huge part of that was because of Tyler. From the moment we sat down, he made the entire experience feel personal, welcoming, and memorable. Every recommendation he gave was spot on — he didn’t just list menu items, he genuinely explained the flavors, ingredients, and what made each dish special, which made choosing our food so much easier. You can tell he truly knows and cares about the menu and guest experience. The food itself was phenomenal. Every dish came out packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and honestly exceeded expectations. Tyler consistently checked in at the perfect times, made sure everything was flawless, and kept such a positive and attentive energy throughout the night without ever making us feel rushed. What really made the night unforgettable was the thoughtful gesture at the end — after finding out I had just graduated, Tyler surprised us with complimentary ice cream to celebrate. Such a classy and genuine touch that turned a great dinner into a truly memorable celebration. Customer service like this is rare these days, and Tyler absolutely deserves recognition for it. If you go to Delbar, ask for Tyler — he’ll elevate the entire experience. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. #TeamTyler”
“I had an amazing experience at Delbar. Starting from the ambience, it was nice and quiet, easy to talk atmosphere. Right from checking in to getting our table, the staff was quite friendly and process was swift. Coming to the food, it was just heavenly. The kebabs were cooked to perfection. I really liked the pistachio gelato dessert which was recommended by our server. Can’t wait to come back and try more items from the menu.”
“William and Abdul turned the 8/10 night into a 10/10. Wonderful service(Abdul made notice of my peanut allergy and took great precautionary steps for a safe wonderful dinner) amazing food and drinks, and a lovely dinner with friends. -the honey harissa chicken in a category of its own must try bandari olovieh, hummus and some kabobs must get for the table!”
“This was our first visit to Delbar, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment we walked in, the space felt warm and inviting, with beautiful aesthetics and a great ambiance. The aroma of the food alone was enough to get us excited before we even sat down. The entire staff, from the host to our server, was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The meal itself was fantastic, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. When we mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, they surprised us with a complimentary ice cream and candle, which completely made my wife’s night. We can’t recommend this place enough. Delbar didn’t just deliver a great meal, they earned two very loyal diners. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.”
“This restaurant is big and busy when we went for Saturday lunch. It didn’t inspire a cozy atmosphere, instead, it felt more like a lot of people being fed in a wedding except that you didn’t know each other. Food was good and fresh, the only caveat is you order everything separately and they’re big portions. It accommodates party of 6+ better, if you’re a table of two, you’ll have a lot of leftovers if you want to try everything like we did, also pricey when you order so many dishes. We ended up with a lot of leftovers to take home.”
