“After ten days in Georgia, this was hands down the best restaurant of our trip. We are still talking about the fresh oysters and the wonderful sauce that came with them. My wife, daughter and I shared a half dozen; we wish we had ordered six each; next time. We loved the crab fritters and the crispy Thai salad. We also liked the Thai green curry with brisket. The wine list is different, with unexpected choices, but after our server went away for recommendations, we ended up with a tasty New York State white wine. The service could have been better. The server was ‘hit and run’ meaning he would leave us to contemplate the menu so it took four interactions to order dinner; if he would have had a dialogue with us we could have ordered in the first or second conversation. As we have all lived in Thailand, we were impressed by the authentic flavours and would go back in a heartbeat.”

“We have been to Talat Market about 6 or so times in the last year. We enjoy the open kitchen concept. The menu changes often, and you do not always know what you're going to get. I've listed different dishes we've had over the year, which may not be on the menu when you visit. Overall, we love absolutely this place. There have been times we liked the menu less than others (please keep the steak on the menu!!). With that said, the cooking is superb, the flavors are standout, and the freshness of the ingredients is unparalleled. This is our favorite Thai restaurant in Atlanta. The green drink is where it's at; don't miss out on getting this. You can request it with alcohol. We've always loved the fruit salad; the funkiness of the fish sauce with fruit is welcoming. Recently, we had the crispy rice salad, which was wonderful. The garlic fried shrimp on the menu is good, but not my favorite. You are supposed to eat it with the shell on, but I found that to be a less than pleasant experience. The stir-fried cabbage is so simple yet packed with umami, and keeps you wanting to dig in. Their Thai chicken laap is super spicy but yummy. The grilled scallop dish comes with a flavor-packed delicious sauce. They make their curries from scratch, and they've never disappointed. When they have the steak on the menu, my husband rates it as the best steak in Atlanta. We will keep coming back.”

“This restaurant is a full experience, not just a meal. From the moment we walked in, everything felt intentional and beautifully curated. The ambiance is so cute—small, quaint, creative, and thoughtful. Even the silverware and glassware were unique and added to the vibe. I had a mini martini and WOW… hands down one of the best martinis I’ve ever had. I knew I was drinking liquor, but by the time you swallow, this wave of flavor comes through that completely changes the game. The oysters were fresh, salty, and perfect with a simple Thai-style sauce that elevated them without overpowering anything. The crab fritters? My gosh—cooked to perfection and actually tasted like crab, with just the right amount of sauce. I also had the beef appetizer (I think tartare), and I don’t even eat beef like that, but it was so good I didn’t even realize what I was eating. The Thai chicken was spicy, colorful, and delicious, with a sweet purple potato that really stood out. When I say five stars plus +5 stars plus, I mean it. Atlanta has plenty of restaurants, but not many deliver both amazing food and a memorable experience. I’m already excited to go back.”

“Really nice service, and very special food. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed each dish and feel encouraged to come back and try the rest of the menu. The ingredients were so high quality, and the happy hour presents a great $value”

“Pros: - Great service - Tried some mocktails, they were good. - The crab fritters were good Cons: - Very loud music played, you have to shout to hear each other. - Not authentic Thai food. Not spicy (only brought green chiles when asked on the side but it’s not the same as being cooked spicy). Basically no authentic dishes. - The grilled mushroom dish was disgusting. The mushrooms were undercooked and grainy like they hadn’t been washed. The lettuce (for lettuce wraps) was wet! Would not recommend.”
