“I am writing to you as a customer who has been dining at Stonewall‘s for 35 years. Your establishment is a truly phenomenal restaurant and a staple of the banner elk in Blue Ridge area over the decades. I have experienced a lot of meals, but my recent experience with our server, Laura tonight truly stood out. Laura provided absolute top-tier service. She was attentive, professional, and made the evening amazing and memorable. It is rare to find staff who can fulfill the high standards that keep customers coming back for over three generations, and Laura did exactly that. She is an asset to your team, and I want to ensure her hard work is formally recognized. Thank you for 35 years of excellence, and please pass along my highest compliments to Laura. The best server you all have ever had and all of my 35 years of going there which has been well over 300 times I would hope to have her wait on me every time I ever come back. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 For anyone reading reviews.. be sure to ask for Laura and not the rude waitress who wears a mask and doesn’t seem to want to be there . I actually stopped going there past 3 years because she was so rude and wrecked our experience. Just saying beware of her . She made dining there almost make me never go back .. didn’t for 3 years .. then finally gave it another try and Laura went above and beyond to create an amazing experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“My husband and I are in town celebrating our 28th anniversary and we wanted a great steak and all things told us Stonewalls was the place. We made a 630 reservation and were greeted and seated promptly. The service was excellent and the food was extremely perfect!!”

“The most beautiful dinner on our vacation to Beech Mountain! I am a celiac and our server was extremely attentive to make sure I could eat safely. For the first time ever I was able to order an appetizer (spinach and artichoke dip) and since the fryer is shared he brought me cucumber slices instead! Our prime rib was AMAZING, we loved everything we ordered! At the end of our meal, our server even double checked to make sure I didn’t experience any allergic reactions to the food. I felt incredibly safe eating here with my severe allergy. Drinks are made perfectly and the ambiance is great. I will be recommending this place to anyone traveling here!!”

“The food, service and ambiance was perfect. Our server Mica was very attentive. The menu had so many options and everything looked delicious. I had the filet with grilled onions and my husband had the pork chop with Brussels sprouts. He also had the salad bar and I had creamed beef mushroom soup and truffle potato skins. Everything was so good.”

“This is an amazing place when visiting Bunner Elk. Food is really delicious, so are the drinks. Stuff is very friendly, nice decor too. Dine there twice during our 4 day stay. The only negative comment would be a bathroom situation. Definitely would come back when visiting next time.”
