“1000!!!! I had a wonderful visit! Megan(I hope I spelled it correctly) who is a manager was working the bar and took care of me. She was so very welcoming and kind. I ordered my coke first then she gave me a menu and we chatted about how TERRIBLE the parking has become at Cumberland mall! Side bar It took me 6-10 to find a spot very unacceptable. Anyway back to Megan… she was able to make me forget that I was irritated about the parking by helping me decide on what to eat. I got the Prime rib and the sweet potato casserole that casserole was so good I could have just eaten that and been just fine!! I really enjoyed it. The prime rib was good! I added blue cheese crusting to it and of course that elevated it! The volume of the atmosphere was moderate I was still able to take care of some business and concentrate just fine. The waiter checked on me a good number of times too! Great experience great service great food!!”
“My Nephews favorite restaurant, opted for family style sides to be served and choice of entree meat. Cocktails were between $18 and $20 dollars. The meal was good steak was prepared according to your tastes although my daughter had to send hers back as the order was request was not what she ordered. The salmon was very good. The dessert was limited to chocolate cake or key lime pie for this particular arrangement. Not sure of the pricing as it was an invite celebration.”
“First time dining here for a special night with a guest. Overall, the atmosphere and service were good, but I had a frustrating experience with communication around pricing and one of the items served. We placed our full order first, including two entrées, two appetizers, and two alcoholic drinks. After the entrées were already ordered, our server then asked if we wanted soup and salad. It was not clearly communicated that these were additional charges, and we assumed they were included with the meal. We accepted them and were later charged an extra $29. Even without the soup and salad, our bill was still well over $150. We were also not pleased with the soup itself. It was a lobster soup, but the flavor was not enjoyable and tasted strongly like coffee, which was unexpected. When I called to address the issue, I was told there was nothing that could be done and that they typically do not verbally disclose additional charges to avoid confusing or pressuring guests. I understand the intent behind that policy, but as a first-time guest, it was not clear to us that the soup and salad were not included with the entrée. Overall, this experience impacted my impression of the restaurant, and I will likely choose other dining options in the future. Sharing this so others are aware to ask before accepting any additional items.”
“Stopped by with my wife for what was supposed to be a nice dinner. Ordered steak medium rare with peppercorn sauce and plain fries. Steak came out still mooing (photo attached) and the fries were covered in Parmesan which I specifically asked them not to include. Waitress agreed steak was too rare and offered to recook. The steak comes back out with Parmesan fries again and without the peppercorn sauce however the temperature was correct. Had to ask for peppercorn sauce again for them to bring it and when it came it was cold. We also noticed about this time that other tables were getting free bread when they were seated but we had to ask for it after our meals were already out. The coup de grace for this terrible experience was being double charged for the peppercorn sauce they never brought me when they remade the order. Summary: - Steak served sushi style - Fries served wrong twice - Had to ask for the sauce I ordered already - Had to ask for free bread - Double charged for my sauce Bad service, low effort, no quality control, no attempt to truly rectify our poor experience. Do not recommend and will not return.”
