“* Loved our evening of dinner and live music at Lyonshare Public House in Beacon NY. We are Gluten free, so my reviews are always expressed through that lens. * We started with the butter and blue salad perfect blend of flavors - blue cheese and thick tender chewy bacon chucks - yummy! Hubby had the burger - sans bun (gf) he called it “good and tasty.” I can vouch for the excellent crispy hot fries. I had a special risotto - with savory veggies,crunchy crispy onions, cooked al dente - perfect. * We shared the cheesecake which could be delivered gluten free simply omitting the gram cracker sprinkle - creamy cheesy deliciousness. * Our first time hearing the Jack Grace a gentle blend of country, rock, and bossa nova made us fans. Apple Music does not represent what we heard. LIve was better. We will be back and recommend the food and the music! Nice bar, the tight seating in dining area but does not take away from atmosphere- feels more intimate. Excellent attentive service.”

“Nicely refurbished spot that used to be a local bar and grill to an elevated eatery with a refined atmosphere. White painted brick and a marbletop bar set the tone for this trendy spot. Nice cocktail selections and a focused menu for both dinner and brunch. Both the bartender and owner were both very welcoming and professional.”

“Wow! What a wonderful experience! I'l have to start with the aesthetics. The restaurant has a warm, inviting, crisp and elevated atmosphere. We had a 5:30 pm reservation which was great because it was just before the dinner crowd arrived and we were seated immediately. In comes our wonderful server Claudia C. to greet us. Claudia is a whole vibe and made our experience even more wonderful. Claudia had great recommendations, was able to answer our questions and was supper warm and friendly. The food was superb, delicious, and super flavorful. Don't leave that establishment without getting the biscuits and pierogis - no matter what else you order these two are a must!! We had the Braised Lamb which was tender and bursting with flavor. We also had the Sea Bass, which was lite, delicate and delicious. For dessert the Skillet Cookie with Ice Cream is a must! The Lemon Tart is delicious too. Both are shareable. All in all a wonderful experience, and I would come from NYC to Beacon just to eat here!! Lyonshare Public House is a must if you're visiting Beacon.”

“Took a solo trip to Beacon and came here for dinner after reading such good reviews. This place did not disappoint! I sat at the bar and had a fun cocktail and the steak frites. It was absolutely delicious. The service was quick and the prices fair for the great quality. Looking forward to returning!”

“My club and I met here for Sunday brunch. We had to make reservations for our group because it was larger than 6 people. We met the owner, Bud as well. Bud and his staff were professional, patient with our group, and kind. The food was exceptional. My entire group would like to return on our own schedule. You cannot pick a bad dish here.
