“Percy was excellent. The food had a lot of subtle, layered flavors, with spices used thoughtfully to add depth without overpowering the dishes. Everything we ordered was delicious and felt carefully put together. The service was great as well—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without being overbearing. A really enjoyable meal from start to finish.”

“I loved their morning environment. It’s a good place to have breakfast with friends and family. Food is fresh and delicious. Although it’s a fancy breakfast place, they didn’t serve small quantities in high prices. I find the food tasty and pretty affordable. If you are travelling to Boise, this is a must go restaurant. “The appetizers we got absolutely blew us away. The focaccia bread and the jalapeno cheddar biscuits. We will 100% be back for these. They were life changing. That said, when we come back it might be to pick up those apps to go because the mains were really good but probably a little pricier than the flavor justified. I got the short ribs and my wife got the rotisserie chicken. We both liked our meal but there are other places we could go and enjoy our meals just as much while spending a whole lot less. But that said, if you have an anniversary or a birthday, I'd definitely recommend trying Percy.”

“I’m in town visiting my boyfriend from Orlando, Florida. He knows I’m a bit of foodie and said this was a good place to check out. The food here did not disappoint! We both ordered mocktails, can’t remember the name of the one he ordered but I ordered the mocktail version of the Sleepy Hollow. I got the Pancetta Dip with the side house salad which was absolutely delicious and fresh. I finished with the Basque Pumpkin Cheesecake. When we’re together I try not to be on my phone so much otherwise I would have taken more pictures. In short the food here is amazing with great quality ingredients and the service is just as wonderful as the atmosphere and aesthetic. Highly recommend for those visiting from out of town and want high end cuisine.”
