A cozy Italian neighborhood restaurant.
“Holy moly, this is easily one of the best Italian restaurants in town. I don't know how I got so lucky. The atmosphere and service were both fantastic. I was especially impressed by how meticulously they cleared and cleaned the table between courses. Most importantly, the food was spectacular. I tend to judge an Italian restaurant's quality by its carbonara, and this one was absolutely on point. We also ordered the meatballs, and the tomato sauce tasted incredibly fresh; you can easily tell it was made from scratch. No more wait in endless line at North End for me. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back for more.”
“Absolutely delicious handmade Italian cuisine. Servers were friendly, polite, and professional. The bread, arancini, carbonara and tagliatelle were so good. Every bite is balanced. Do yourself a favor and save room for the tiramisu and an after meal espresso. Highly recommend. Not too busy around 5 on a Saturday in May but recommend online reservations and casual but nice attire.”
“Came for dinner with my daughter to celebrate her birthday. We were about 15 min. early but they were able to seat it right in front of the window. It is a small place; the two young ladies at the next table were so very close to us. We heard their entire conversation the entire time we were there. Talia was our server and she was wonderful. The salami e formaggi was amazing. However I was expecting the crostini to be little toasts, not those weird shaped things. The gnocchi was absolutely amazing and my carbonara was silky, and garlicy, and so very delicious. We hope to come back again ! Thank you for a wonderful evening.”
“Came here with my husband for a date night before the marathon. Reservations are much needed so I wouldnt bet on walking in. Mattie - I hope I got his name right. Was the host and was very nice! He made a window seat happen for us and I really appreciated it. The service was great, quick and everyone was really nice. We started with the carpaccio which was delicious and we both got pasta dishes. The portions are perfect - just enough food. The souffle dessert was outstanding. Highly recommend this spot!”
“This place is fantastic! We highly recommend making a reservation, as it’s a small restaurant and fills up quickly. We stopped in on a Saturday around 5 PM and were lucky enough to grab seats at the bar. The wine selection is outstanding, with plenty of great options to choose from. We ordered the veal, which was enormous and easily large enough to share. We also tried both the truffle pasta and the vodka pasta, with the vodka pasta being our favorite. The portions were generous, the food was delicious, and the pricing felt very reasonable for the area. A wonderful experience overall! I would definitely return and highly recommend it.”
