“One of my favorite bars in Boston. Visited for the first time with my husband and we made reservations in advance. There is no bar seating only couches and bathroom is downstairs. Ambiance is very chill and great music. Our server was Lou and she was great. Idk what people are talking about in other reviews but she was great. She gave us recommendations on drinks and food and our service was on point. We tried 4 drinks and for the hummus and everything was delicious. We will be back!”
“Excellent cocktail bar. The menu was very creative and while intimated me initially, proved incredible. I tried the Yo Soy, a bourbon cocktail served with blueberry and sesame oil. The presentation was cool in a sake bottle with a fortune cookie and it tasted even better than expected - it was delicious. The staff were incredible, kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.”
“What an awesome place! Great entryway for a speakeasy. Study the drink menu, it is a learning experience. The drinks were fabulous. Food complemented the drinks perfectly. And congrats on the recent recognition as one of the best bars in the US!”
“This place had a fun vibe and the cocktails were AMAZING. Every drink on the menu was super unique and fun. The food was good too. It isn’t a huge place so it can feel a little crowded but definitely a fun place to stop by while bar hopping.”
“Ambience is fantastic—dark, stylish, and exactly what you want from a speakeasy. My partner surprised me with this spot, and the cocktails looked incredible. I tried the “I Feel So Pretty,” which was gorgeous but a bit too sweet for my taste. My partner’s cinnamon-spiced drink (can’t remember the name!) was much better balanced. Next time I’ll skip the sweet options and go for a Dirty Martini. Biggest surprise of the night: the sliders. I never expect food at cocktail bars to be memorable, but these were unbelievably juicy and genuinely delicious. I’ll definitely be back—just choosing a less sweet drink next time.”
