Woods Hill Pier 4 - Seaport

“We had our wedding at Woods Hill Pier 4 a few weeks ago. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I will start with the event coordinator, Hilary. She was awesome! Seriously, if the owners are reading this, she deserves a raise! Months and months of emails and phones calls with Hilary going over every detail of our day with her. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything. So professional and prompt with responses and if she didn’t know the answer she would find out and get right back to us. Hilary made our planning easier and I can’t thank her enough. We planned on having our ceremony outside, however, the weather did not allow it. I was very nervous that the turn over from ceremony to reception was going to be a disaster. I was completely wrong. The staff had that restaurant turned over in the blink of an eye. We didn’t want a traditional wedding. We had a quick 15 minute ceremony and no sit down dinner at the reception. We wanted more of a big cocktail party with passed apps and a couple food stations. We wanted our guests to be dancing and mingling more and to be able to eat when they wanted to. The service was outstanding. No one had to wait for a drink and the passed apps made it around to everyone. The food was amazing!  Our guests are still talking about it. The truffle gnocchi was a favorite, as well as the lobster popovers. We also had a raw bar which everyone loved too. We bought out the restaurant for the night, I believe 180 people was the max. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend having any event here. Between the staff, the food, and the location, you cannot go wrong.”

“I’m taking a business trip here with my friend. 28th is his birthday, so we decided to celebrate his birthday here. Once we told the waitress that his birthday is 6 days later, she offered a free mocktail and a free ice cream to my friend which made our day. And not to mention this is a 2025 Michelin Restaurant. Highly recommended!!!”

“An amazing atmosphere and vibe. We ended up with a seafood tower and one steak entree because there was so much to it. Delicious cocktails and great service. The view is awesome and a great way to spend the evening.”

“Me and my girlfriend visited Woods Hill Per 4 for dinner. We were kindly greeted by the front desk personnel. I recommend making a reservation in advance. After being seated at a very-well set up, clean table next to the window we started ordering food. We had a great view onto the pier to do so! We ended up ordering steak tartare and two different plates of steak. The steak tartare was my favorite plate of all! This was my first time trying tartare, and I wasn’t let down at all!! The ingredients were amazing - fresh meat, warm bread, delicious veggies! I highly recommend getting this if you come here! The other two main steak plates were just as great as the steak tartare, same level of quality in the ingredients! The plate which had the steak and croquettes was my girlfriend’s pick, mine was the grilled steak with the fresh salad. Both were properly cooked and seasoned, tender and juicy meat with vegetables picked just right for the plates. Overall, we had a great night! The waiters/waitresses were kind and definitely looking after us, and the price was definitely worth the experience! We are definitely coming back soon.!”

“I absolutely loved my dinner and the experience with the staff at the restaurant! I had the charred broccoli to start, the short ribs for dinner and everything was delicious. The ambiance was beautiful and relaxing for a solo dinner. Kati provided great customer service and I'm so happy I came here for my last night in Boston.”
