“We happened to find The Dapper Goose on Resy while visiting Buffalo and were very much impressed. The food was excellent with the ricotta toast, delicata squash, and bread pudding as particular stand outs. Rounding out our dining experience was absolutely stellar service from the front-of-house staff. Little touches like fresh silverware and plates between courses, attentive beverage service, and simple syrup served with after-dinner coffee really impressed us. The Dapper Goose will definitely be on our return list next time we’re in Buffalo!”

“Amazing Seasonly Changing Menu with a Farm To table and amazing flavorful dining experience! If you’re looking for flavor and a great taste experience look no further! The service is quick and very friendly and personable to top this dining experience off to perfection. From the moment we called for the table to the moment we left. Everything was perfect. The owner comes around and touches all the tables to ensure every one is satisfied and enjoying their experience. Our server was very friendly and educated on the menu. He made great recommendations. This was our second time of many more to come visiting. We travel 75 miles to visit The Dapper Goose, this is how amazing it is.”

“The Dapper Goose is certainly a good restaurant, but I wouldn’t say much more than that. Our small plate orders consisted of Octopus and Terrine, both of which were just ok to me. As another reviewer mentioned, none of the flavors really stood out. The Braised Pork was a pretty good entree, and I really enjoyed it. The real disappointment was a completely disinterested waitress who made it feel like we were almost an inconvenience.”

“We had a reservation for five at The Dapper Goose for a birthday dinner… it was a completely uncomfortable and disappointing experience. The food was good, but nothing could make up for how shockingly rude and unwelcoming the staff were. From the moment we sat down, the energy was cold. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, and we were a polite, low-maintenance group… but the staff made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Our waiter and the person who bused our table were extremely rude and cold towards are whole table, during a time where they weren’t incredibly busy, for a table that was pretty low maintenance. Every interaction was left extremely awkward and uncalled for. I have never experienced a restaurant like this. It was completely random and totally uncalled for. This is a restaurant where dishes cost $25+, with a reputation for elevated dining, but none of that matters when the people serving you can’t be bothered to show basic human decency. It wasn’t just bad service, it was appalling. It felt like they actively didn’t want us there. We left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Good food doesn’t mean anything when the people serving it make you feel unwelcome from start to finish.”
