“This place is everything! Cozy, bohemian, delicious, welcoming, intentional. After a long day of travel we straggled into town ready to eat anything, but I have standards. Sought out a local place, open later than 8, with great reviews, food & drink. This place excelled in every category imaginable. Like a balm to my wearried soul. The Laid in Gold cocktail was chef’s kiss. Nice mussels and grilled salmon. Yummy focaccia! Delectable panna cotta. Thanks for making it a great night.”

“This quant little restaurant in the Old North End of Burlington was a huge surprise. The food was incredible with such intricate flavors! They have fresh oysters daily that are only $1 before 630, and half off cocktails on Wednesdays! It’s a small set up, so reservations are recommended.”

“I can’t believe I hadn’t come here sooner. Our experience at Gold was a 10/10. The atmosphere is perfect—intimate yet fun. The $12 pasta Tuesday special is awesome and all of the dishes were so creative and absolutely delicious! The Tajin pork belly was total perfection. The prices are also great, considering the quality and sizes of the dishes. Our server was so lovely and the service was exceptional. I wish I’d gotten her name because she was perfect!! This is no doubt my favorite restaurant in the ONE—I’m already looking forward to my next time dining here.”

“What a find! I truly enjoyed sharing a meal with friends here. It's a small, intimate experience with the staff being very attentive and timing everything very well. We ordered a lot to share and try between six of us. I really enjoyed every dish. I think the oysters with the mignonette, the fries with aioli, pork belly and my salmon. I mean everyone had finished their meals. I didn't leave room for dessert, but I can't wait to come back to try it. Their prices were reasonable for the high quality food and service you receive as well.”
