Pascolo Ristorante is an Italian restaurant in the Downtown Burlington neighborhood of Burlington.
“We had a wonderful dinner at Pascolo on Church Street in Burlington! We ordered the Margherita pizza, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked with a crisp crust, fresh ingredients, and amazing flavor. The garlic bread was a great starter, and the vodka rigatoni pasta was rich, creamy, and cooked perfectly. The service was excellent from start to finish, with a friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome. We also loved the outdoor dining atmosphere on Church Street—it made for a fun and relaxing evening. If you’re visiting Burlington, Pascolo is definitely worth a visit. We’ll be back!”
“I have only ever ordered the coffee and Torta here, its my little treat of the week. I have always enjoyed it here, I bring my book to the bar and have a bite of dessert and then go about my day. Its a perfect punctuation to a day on Church Street. As a celiac, the torta is perfect. The coffee helps melt the chocolate in my mouth and the warm spoon goes through the chocolate shell better. 10/10 will get again! Photos are of me mid way through so you don't get their great presentation! Sorry! Edit: 1/09/2026 I just tried a gluten-free version of their SALSICCIA, usually served with Gnocchi. When I say they have the best gluten-free pasta in Burlington, I don't joke, I don't exaggerate. The kitchen knows exactly what its doing! Of course, I had to have my Torta and Coffee after! 5/5 in a new location and a new year!”
“The food, wine, latte, and cannoli were fabulous! Lexi provided exceptional service — her menu suggestions and insights were spot on. We’ll definitely be back!”
“Great location on the main strip in Burlington. Our server was excellent. The college kids waited to go here for parent to pay as too fancy for them. Food was solid and atmosphere was very nice.”
“We started with the garlic bread which was awesome. For entrees we had the spaghetti with meatballs and the "a spicy one" pizza. Spaghetti was pretty bland, but the meatballs were good. The pizza was pretty good overall, but it wasn't actually spicy. I was disappointed in how little the vodka sauce differentiated it from a normal red sauce pizza. Still a solid pepperoni pizza, just not what I expected from a vodka sauce pizza with Calabrian chilis. We sat at the bar and had prompt service; albeit not necessarily friendly service at first.”
