“We just enjoyed an incredible first meal at Louie. If they have their burrata on hand, just order it - you will be so happy you did (the charred sourdough was an excellent vehicle). We ordered the Roman Gnocco and Roasted Chicken, both perfectly prepared and presented. Thank you for the great service and wonderful supper. We look forward to returning!”

“This was our first time at Louie and we loved it! Inside, Louie is such a cute and nicely decorated space. The burrata appetizer was delicious and the quality of the burrata really shined. For entrees, we got the Roman gnocco and pappardelle bolognese. The Roman gnocco was truly outstanding - our server recommended this and the flavor profile was unreal. For the bolognese, the fresh pappardelle was delicious and the bolognese had a good depth of flavor.”

“Louie has many amazing dishes to choose from and everyone was very hospitable:) No reservation and went as a party of two at 5:00pm and were sat immediately by the pizza oven, which was so fun to watch! The roman gnocco was amazing ✨ our server Avry was also so nice.”

“Louie is still a hot number in St. Louis. It’s the spot people name drop like they personally taught the chef how to salt water. If you can actually land a reservation, congratulations, you’ve won the Resy Olympics. A friend pulled some strings and got us in, which felt less like dinner and more like a heist. I went for the halibut special. It was a pesto vibe, flaky, and sitting pretty on a bed of couscous. It was giving coastal vacation energy in the middle of the Midwest. #stlouispescatarianapproved without hesitation. That said, is this all worth the reservation stress? For me, debatable. St. Louis is quietly stacked with spots that don’t require a minor miracle to get a table. Now the pizzas were great. I took a few home and suddenly became the most popular person in the room. Certified crowd pleasers.”

“Fantastic experience at Louie tonight. The grilled octopus with pepperoni sauce and chickpeas was incredible, and both the filet steak and double bone-in pork chop were cooked perfectly. The prosciutto di parmigiano was a great start, and the cocktails were outstanding. Our server Jordi really made the night—attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond with service. We’ll definitely be back. JORDI!!!!!!”
