“What a lovely setting and delicious food to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. She has been excited to enjoy this restaurant and it was well above expectations. The service was spot on, knowledgeable and appreciative of us joining in for a wonderful evening. They accommodated for my vegan diet with the most delicious spinach and fusilli pasta and mushrooms! Jason was terrific! Molto buono! We’ll be back!”
“We started with a salad and truffle eggplant appetizer, which is a favorite. For entrees, we ordered the limoncello scallops and the sea bass special with truffle pasta. Both were AMAZING!!! Our waitress Hannah was the best- super sweet, made really helpful recommendations, got everything out quickly and checked in often. She made our date night really special and enjoyable. All of the staff were really nice. We were visiting some museums and shops in Concord and stopped in spontaneously, but they were able to seat us right away as walk ins. Overall, a 5 star experience. Compliments to the chef, and special thanks to Hannah!”
“Busy on a random Thursday night, but luckily was able to get a seat at the bar, although that filled in quick. Bar tenders were nice and took care of me. In town for work and not many food choices around but this is a great alternative to the inevitable fast food most small towns have to offer.”
“The food was ok but not great. I had the eggplant parmesan which is a difficult dish to get right - they need to keep iterating on it as it’s not quite there. Not the amazing deliciousness that eggplant and cheese can be. My husband had a flat bread which was ok - but not great. Friends had a salad which looked fine and chicken Alfredo which also looked ok. I have yet to find an Italian Restaurant in the US that serves delicious food - so the food mediocrity is fairly generalized and I won’t hold it against them too much. What I did like was the atmosphere. It’s a nice, relaxed place to have a meal and a drink with friends and family. Might not return for the food, but will consider it for the atmosphere.”
“The starter flatbread with marinara that comes as a gratis breadbasket excellent. The Italian wedding soup needed lemon to give it some zing. I ordered the limencello scallops as it was the most unusual item on the menu. The scallops were perfectly prepared, but it is just sort of a wierd dish for my personal taste. Service excellent.”
