My husband and I always enjoy coming here because the atmosphere feels warm, elegant, and intimate, perfect for a special evening together. The food is consistently delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. It is the kind of restaurant where you can relax, enjoy great conversation, and feel taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a lovely Italian dinner in Charlotte.”

“Had a great dinner at Fiamma Ristorante in Dilworth. Espresso martinis were the best we had ever had. Eggplant croquette to start. Stuffed veal chop and pappardelle bolognese for our main. Creme Brûlée to finish. Having tried most Italian spots in and around Charlotte this is the best I have had. Very welcoming staff, Luigi our waiter couldn’t have been better. Cannot wait to come back!”

“Had a great Valentine's Day dinner at Fiamma. It was a pre fixe menu, but we checked the menu before making the reservation and were both happy with the options. Everything was excellent and we really enjoyed the dinner. From the complimentary cocktail thru dessert, the food and drinks were delicious and the service was outstanding!”

“I truly mean it when I say it, this was my best meal I’ve had in Charlotte. There’s a reason this place has been around for so long with so many awards, because they do it right. You can’t go wrong with a thing on the menu, but if I had to pick one, the pear pasta was everything and more. I also have a thing about what a good bolognese is, and they embodied it perfectly.
