“This place blows you away…..yet prepare to sit and soak it all in and enjoy the evening….dont come here and think you gonna be in an out and on a time crunch….. in made to rest relax and unwind……wish I could have stayed longer….we had a sitter for only a couple hours…..7pm reservation thank goodness the place wasn’t packed which help with our experience…..we got out excellent server full attention Alexis she knows her stuff!!! Drinks carefully crafted take their time and so does the food ….. bc when they present themselves you can TASTE the difference….why it doesn’t come that speedy bc every bite and sip was top notch….even the BILL tasted good…..what else did I expect lol Well done….well run and worth the suplurge of the holidays or any special occasion…..I can still taste the king crab and waygu jalapeños roll was soo good had to order 2 ….. yup my mouth just started watering while I was writing this. :)”

“WOW! I’ve been to other upscale restaurants, but this one truly stands out. The only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is because, even with a 7:30 reservation, we had to wait about 20 minutes for a window table. While waiting, my girlfriend and I enjoyed the Lychee Blossom and Dragon cocktails—both amazing. Once seated, the view completely changed the mood; my girlfriend lit up like a Christmas tree. We started with the Tower and took a quick walk around the 360 observatory for some great photos before our food arrived. When it did… wow. The presentation was immaculate, and every dish had its own unique flavor and story. It felt like the scene from ratatouille when remy mixes the different foods with his brother, just magical. We paired it with a bottle of Dassai 45 sake, which had us both dancing by the end of the night. Absolutely loved this place—highly recommend!”

“We had an amazing experience at Kessaku. Funny enough, one of my favorite restaurants is The Monarch, which is actually located right below Kessaku, but it never occurred to me to try dining here before. My date discovered that Kessaku offers sushi, and knowing it was right above The Monarch made the idea of going even more exciting — like finding a hidden gem right where you'd least expect it. The ambiance was beautiful, and our waitress was an absolute doll — super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through the menu, which made the whole experience even better. Now, the sushi... wow. It was absolutely incredible. I've had some amazing sushi on the West Coast, so I have pretty high standards, and I have to say — Kessaku definitely delivered. Each roll was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. We also tried the ramen, which was interesting — not bad, but the noodles were a bit on the mushy side for my taste, so I probably wouldn’t order that again 😅. Still, everything else more than made up for it. All in all, this was such a great dining experience. It’s one of those places that feels upscale without being stuffy, and I’ll definitely be coming back — especially for the sushi!”

“Came for my Boyfriend’s birthday a couple of weeks ago, we had a reservation booked, got sat at a table, we were ignored for maybe 10-15 minutes, no water or anything, then we decided to just move to the bar. At the bar it was a much pleasant experience, no complaints at all from that, we even received complimentary birthday shots from the bartender.”

“Edit: We revisited this place after a year and were sorely disappointed! The service was mediocre, the food really bad, I’ve eaten way better sushi at much cheaper places, the drinks were nothing special as well! My husband bought the exact same drink (the old fashioned) which he’d gotten last time to compare but it lacked the flair and presentation they had last time. The only thing I liked was the view this time around. _ We recently celebrated my birthday at this amazing sushi spot, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The drinks were outstanding, uniquely crafted and full of flavour. The sushi was absolutely delicious, with a special shoutout to the sashimi, which was fresh and perfectly prepared. The views of Dallas from the 50th floor were absolutely breathtaking and added such a magical touch to the evening! What truly made the night unforgettable was the incredible service. Our server, Alexis, was so patient in walking us through the menu and gave us fantastic recommendations. She made the evening feel extra special with her warmth and kindness, and even took some beautiful pictures of us to capture the memories. Thanks to the wonderful food, stunning views, amazing drinks, and especially the exceptional service, my birthday dinner turned into a truly memorable occasion. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special dining experience!”
