“I had an amazing omakase here for my birthday. The sushi was not just authentic, but also crafted with care. Chef Shine knew what he was doing, and Troy and Angelica were amazing servers that were very attentive. I highly reccomend coming here on a date night or for another special occasion!”
“I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Pearl Restaurant in Dallas. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, modern, and inviting—perfect for a relaxed night out or a special occasion. The real highlight, though, was the sushi. Every roll was beautifully presented and incredibly fresh, with flavors that were both delicate and perfectly balanced. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into the quality of the ingredients and the craftsmanship behind each dish. The fish practically melted in my mouth, and the creativity of the rolls made the whole meal feel like something special. The service was just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The staff made great recommendations and ensured everything was just right throughout the meal. If you’re in Dallas and craving top-quality sushi in a welcoming setting, Pearl Restaurant is definitely worth a visit. I’ll absolutely be coming back!”
“Pearl is a tucked-away, hidden gem in the Knox/Henderson area with by far the best sushi and dining environment for the price. Unbeatable happy hour but recommend regular service for the full experience. Food is incredibly fresh and high quality - it’s worth it alone for the sushi/nigiri/sashimi, but the sake, cocktails, and wine selection are great, too and very accessible. Staff are well trained and incredibly attentive. There are a lot of options in Dallas when choosing to dine out, but I would never hesitate to recommend Pearl to anyone looking for a special night out.”
“Second visit and somehow even better than the first. My husband and I sat at the sushi bar and did the omakase, every single bite was incredible, fresh, and beautifully presented. Chef Issac was amazing (didn’t take a lot pictures as we was really enjoying the 🍣). Also, we had such great conversation with the head chef/owner and his wife . Love the husband-and-wife duo and you can tell that they clearly put their heart into this place. Through conversations, we was even offered tequila tasting at the end, which made the whole experience feel so personal and welcoming. They really truly care about their guests and the experience they create. Safe to say this is becoming our go-to spot! 🫶🏽 my husband and I will definitely be regulars!”
“Good - cute small space, good cocktails, good service. Bad - we didn’t really enjoy the food. Crispy tuna rice ($20) was good but such a small portion, torched salmon roll ($26) we couldn’t finish because it was so fishy that I honestly had a hard time getting it down, and the negi toro roll ($19) was just underwhelming and very small portion. We probably won’t be back. There’s much better sushi spots that aren’t this expensive.”
