“We had a wonderful time at the Louisiana Bistreaux Seafood Kitchen .... Our server Molly was so nice very friendly and helpful with her suggestions ... The food was so amazing, the atmosphere was beautiful ... We had a cup of gumbo along with Shrimp and Catfish Dinner the vinegar coleslaw and the red potato wedges with Cajun spice on them were so good, Steak and Shrimp Dinner The steak was cooked to perfection and the shrimp were just absolutely delicious. We had two specialty drinks with our dinner and for dessert we had the Red Velvet Cheesecake OMG 🤯🤯🤯... When I go back to the Decatur area I will definitely be going back to part take of different dishes😋😋😋”

“The food is really good except the grits. The grits isn't traditional they're thick like mash potatoes, not for southerners. Our waitress was very polite and very attentive. I was very happy with my order Soup, catfish poboy with a side of spinach, ginger drink and dessert price $38. Plus $8 tip........ I took home have of my food. We will be back for sure. Foodie”

“4.5 / 5 Came here with a friend not really expecting more than a good meal. However, the food was very, very good. We ordered the average items but the flavor was above average, especially the potatoes which were very well seasoned. The jalapeño gouda grits were very delicious and the shrimps were seasoned and fried to perfection. The Bourbon Street Chocolate Cheesecake should be illegal! You might want to avoid it or face possible addiction! Excellent customer service and the restaurant was very clean. I highly recommend checking this place out.”

“Shrimp Po Boy 10/10 I took dessert to go and when I got home I realized that the dessert was extremely old and taste old I’m going to throw it away I couldn’t eat it after tasting it. I’m a chef and baker so I know good quality. The cake taste like it was months old.”

“Update: My 2nd time here was not as special. again, I asked for a dozen and a half, and I only got one dozen.And they kept asking me, oh.We're so sorry.... that is not an excuse for a bartender... Not to get the order right. Probably not coming back. previous review: 1st was amazing! The atmosphere is amazing. The music is New Orleans, and one bite of the charred grilled oysters are freaking amazing! Top Notch service combined with excellent food. This place is a total must if you love oysters. All I can say is Damn! The Red Velvet Cheesecake freakin delivers!”
