“Visited Brasserie Brixton with friends and had a fantastic time. From the food, to the service, to the atmosphere everything was top notch. The menu was inventive and exciting and the staff continually helped us pick great options as we went through the meal. The energy inside was relaxed but upbeat - with servers whizzing by the small space to drop off plates and drinks. The food we tried was phenomenal - among my favorite French inspired food in the states. 5/5 - would come back.”
“Very delicious French fusion cuisine. Pretty modern cozy and community vibe restaurant with open kitchen where you can see your food being prepared. Great service. Noise level was pretty high so it was a bit challenging to hear to have conversations. We were seated in a large community table where tables were small table set right next to each other with no space but a plant pot as on a side as divider. If you are an introvert, recommend requesting a private table in advance. We tried tartar, oysters, French onion soup, and steak and frites. All the dishes we ordered were very delicious. The tartar had beets and horse radish and different from traditional tartar but very delicious. French onion soup was the best in CO I ever had. And steak and frite was very delicious including the light salad with a bit of citrus and fresh ground salt chunks to add crunchiness. Strongly recommend making reservations in advance on weekends.”
“First time here. Wife and rode some scooters down and grabbed a cocktail at Yacht Club (fantastic), then hopped into Brasserie. Cool space and the service was truly great. We asked about recommendations and portions and she nailed it. We shared the escargot style oysters, camembert, confit (all fantastic...especially the sour dough). Also ordered a large plate Sausage and mashed potatoes (Possibly the creamiest mash I've ever had)...oh and the cocktails were super good too. We spent up a bit celebrating a bday, prices are what they are these days. Great experience, definitely recommend. Also decently gluten friendly!”
“Brasserie Brixton is a staple in our Denver restaurant lineup... we're not regulars because we don't go weekly, but it is likely our most visited restaurant in Denver. The food is VERY good - there's creativity, consistency, and quality. The portions are also perfect IMO. You can share if you want, but you don't have to. The pricepoint is spot on - you are having an elevated experience without stuffy prices or obnoxiously small plates. On this particular evening (and the reason for the review!), Molly MADE our night. She was attentive, engaging, fun, hospitable, gave great recommendations, and just all around delivered a fab experience. The spring menu was fab and super enjoyable, but the service experience from Molly was a standout. We left wanting to be friends with her and spend every future girls night with her at BB. She is a great addition to the team, you're lucky to have her representing your brand and restaurant!”
“Sought this place out for their French onion soup after a craving - it did not disappoint. It was quite delicious and you could come just for that. Additionally, the pate was really enjoyable with some of the best bread I’ve had. Oysters “escargot” were fine, but I do prefer regular raw oysters. We also shared mussels and fries and they were very good. The broth for the mussels was very rich and flavorful. Their solo for the fries was also really good. Wasn’t impressed overall with the cocktails, they were fine. Had a few extended periods of having trouble getting our servers attention, but nothing major. Also enjoyed some good people watching! Definitely check this place out if you’re in Denver and have a French food craving, especially for French onion soup.”
