Welcome to Pizza Republica! The word republic is derived from the Latin phrase res publica, which can be translated as a public affair. In our eyes it helps define our hospitality and passionate culinary style. We strive to bring the rustic ambiance and fresh ingredient farm to table philosophy found throughout Italy, home to Colorado. We use the finest imported ingredients and century old artisan traditions to bring the definitive Neapolitan pizza experience to our guests.
“Went during happy hour (2:30-6pm) and I loved the bruschetta and the draft italian beer! Kirsten was an amazing server and had the best recommendations. She recommended the zucchini pizza and I liked it! I felt bad we had a miscommunication while ordering but she was so sweet and amazing. I would come back!”
“Slatterys across the street didn't honor our reservation that we had confirmed that day, so came here for my 1st time. What a surprise and what an upgrade! Manager at the stand offered a table that was reserved and accommodated our birthday party of 8 - thank you! Made our birthday celebration! Waiter was amazing and attentive. Food was so much better than the bar food at Slatterys so was extremely surprised. Salmon was delicious (at a pizza restaurant? Who knew?!) We had miserable start across the street and Pizza Republica saved the night. We had plenty of time between dinner and Comedy Works so the staff saved our night! Highly recommend and definitely try the salmon - delishhh!”
“Food is good, service needs some help. We finished our lunch and were waiting for over 15 minutes before the waitress came over to check on us to close our check. We left payment in cash. May give it another chance in the future. Will update if the service improves.”
“Honestly this has been my favorite restaurant for a long time. I come here at least 2 times a month. But recently there has been a man working in the front of house… same guy every time that is incredibly rude. So much so that I leave before I even get seated. It’s happened the last two times I’ve come. He clearly gets overwhelmed when it’s busy and doesn’t know how to talk to people. Disappointing because I used to go here so regularly.”
“I did not like my angry sandwich, but my salad was not bad. I would come back to try more salad and pizza options. My friend really loved her meatball.”
