“Found this place by chance and decided to give it a go. Ryan was our server and went so above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Super kind, attentive, and outgoing. I also appreciate the birthday treat! Thanks, Ryan!!”
“We really enjoyed the charcuterie, had beautifully made drinks, and a delicious dinner. All of this with great service from Caitlyn. Thanks for such a nice date night for my Husband and I!”
“Incredible private event for my sister’s bachelorette went off without a hitch thanks to the truly amazing Katlyn! She is a manager at the Local and went out of her way to make the experience personal and fun for my sister. She helped with decorations, a custom menu, and a ton of small little details. I was blown away by the service, the food, and how kind everyone was to me during the planning process. She remembered every detail, was prompt in following up, and even added a few surprises to the event. If you want to have a special, delicious, and personal experience for a party or event - go to the local and ask for Katlyn! And Ryan our server was lovely and on point. I couldn’t have asked for a better bachelorette brunch for my sister!”
“The service was absolutely amazing. We arrived and were seated immediately. Our food came out quickly. The live music was great, as a cover band played music from several genres. I recommend trying the cream of crab soup and beef wellington. This restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating was comfortable when it was 18 degrees outside. The restaurant is extremely well staffed, the staff was friendly, professional and well trained. The restaurant and the bathroom was clean. I highly recommend this restaurant for a date night, outing with friends, drinks with the girls or a lovely evening with your teenagers.”
“I rarely leave reviews, but I feel this experience deserves an honest one. The food was excellent, the drinks were well made, and our bartender/server was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The service from the staff was great and definitely made the visit enjoyable. Unfortunately, what stood out most was the interaction with the owner. He came out personally to greet guests, shake hands, and thank people for coming in. My husband and I were seated right at the bar, yet we were the only guests he completely skipped over. No greeting, no acknowledgment, not even a simple hello. Maybe it wasn’t intentional, but it was noticeable and left a lasting impression. Hospitality starts at the top, and feeling welcomed matters just as much as the food and drinks. While I enjoyed the menu and appreciated the staff, the owner’s actions made us feel overlooked and unwelcome. Because of that, we won’t be returning.”
