“Hostile people that can’t hold their liquor. Saw 2 girls get into it inside and a fight outside - Incompetent Security. CRU Claims to be upscale but it’s RATCHET CITY. Bartenders were nice and the DJ was on point. Paid $27 for a double crown and coke. Then got a single crown and coke- was charged $20. I’m NEVER going back there again.”

“So I ordered through DoorDash. Ordered a salmon Philly and the chicken Rasta pasta. I was extremely disappointed. I was sent a very dry CHICKEN Philly with meat that had 2 different colors, gray and white, not the salmon I ordered. The fries were also very soggy. The Rasta pasta I’ve had here before and it was really good. This time, not even the slightest. It was very bland and the portion size was ridiculously small and had an unusual sweet sauce drizzled on top. Just yucky and far cry from the one I had here previously. This was one of the few places that was opened late, I would not patronize again.”

“Service from waitress was very hostile. When I reordered a drink I was given a cup 1/3 full, no ice or anything. I was very confused lol. When I went to the bar to ask about it the bartender just stared at me until I asked if I could atleast have some more ice. Iv never had this happen ever at a bar lol. Drinks are not worth it. I will just get a beer next time. The waitress was very rude but I tipped her well anyways. Hookah was great and me and my group were able to get a table. Music was perfect! If you want some good r&b vibe come here! Danced and sang all night”

“I ordered through DoorDash and from the looks of the pictures I just knew the food was going to be amazing but I WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE ANYMORE!!!! The Rasta pasta not only is made with bow tie noodles but it’s very bland and looks like the meat is canned meat. The fried rice was ok in taste but the meat used is steakums. Do not waste your money coming here. Also I tried to respond to the owners comment about my review but I guess somehow it has disappeared so let me just edit my comment. I’m a cook myself and I know what steakums is and what canned meat looks and taste like!!! I also know Chef Chriss who by the way is not a chef at all! Yes she went to culinary school but did not graduate! All she has is a safe serve certificate! Not putting her down at all because she does try her best but her foods have ALWAYS BEEN BLAND!!!!! Do better C.R.U Lounge before hiring just anybody!!!!!”
