Heirloom Room: Creekside Restaurant and Bar

“My husband and I were on a trip to gatlinburg and were searching for a nice “date night” dinner spot. We landed on the Heirloom room and were NOT disappointed. We wanted to sit by the river to enjoy the ambience and made a reservation, Stephany was our server and she was absolutely AMAZING!! We enjoyed the wild boar croquettes, my husband got the venison loin, and I got the rack of lamb. Everything was cooked to perfection, very flavorful, and every part of each dish complemented each other perfectly. I highly recommend checking it out if in the area. Wonderful food, atmosphere, and service!”

“Had breakfast here during my stay at the connecting hotel and loved it. Went to have dinner my last night here due to the random snow. The server was a delight. Gifted me a complimentary birthday dessert despite it being two days ago. Crafted my drinks how I wanted them. The shrimp and grits were delicious.”

“This was truly an amazing dining experience. Our waiter was attentive throughout the evening, very helpful and incredibly kind. We started with the burrata cheese as our appetizer. It was great. I ordered the dry-aged with a side of Brussels sprouts. My food was incredible. My girlfriend had the pan seared chicken breast with Mac and cheese. She loved her meal as well. We concluded the evening with a wonderful dessert. This is an amazing place and atmosphere for date night. I would highly recommend it.”

“We walked in without a reservation and we're happy to see two seats open at the bar. We had their charcuterie plate as well as duck and salmon. Everything was exceptional! So happy to see nicer restaurants here in Gatlinburg. Such a nice change from the touristy places around. The place was cozy overlooking the river. The bartenders took great care of us!”

“I took my husband here for his birthday dinner while we were visiting from Texas. We started with the wild mushroom bisque and the wild boar appetizer—both were absolutely amazing. I had never tried wild boar before, and it exceeded my expectations. For our main courses, my husband ordered the venison plate, and I chose the chicken entrée. We also shared brussels sprouts and mac & cheese. My husband really enjoyed his meal, and we both loved the mac & cheese. The gnocchi was also impressive. However, I found the chicken a bit underwhelming—it could really use a sauce or something to enhance the flavor. The brussels sprouts were our least favorite part of the meal. Since we were celebrating his birthday, the staff kindly treated us to pecan pie for dessert, which was very good. That said, for the overall cost, I expected a bit more from the experience. The seating was another downside. We were placed outdoors with metal chairs that were quite uncomfortable, which detracted from the experience—especially for taller or plus-size guests. On a positive note, our waitress was fantastic and provided excellent service throughout the evening.”
