“My wife and I celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary here this weekend. And had a great experience. The service was good, good was good and drinks were good. Really can’t complain. Our server Joe, made some really great recommendations and provided great service.”
“From the wine and bourbon to the food everything hit the spot, dead on. Table was all set beautifully with a rose. Great service, our server was amazing. Steak, dry aged and perfect, tender and funky as all get out! Never received a pallet cleanser before at a restaurant, this was a first. Was like a lemon sorbet, delicious. Scallops were delectable, could have been a couple more or a little bigger but delectable nonetheless. So were the green beans. Bread was even great. Complimentary dessert for our anniversary topped it all off and made this one of the best anniversary dinners out we have had, and we have had many.”
“From the moment you walk in, service is exceptional , staff is welcoming and the restaurant itself is immaculate and just gorgeous even in the winter . The food and drinks were phenomenal. Our server Jesse was knowledgeable, attentive, charming and kept up with multiple tables on beat. We had the house cornbread and the naan with baked pistachio goat cheese - delicious! My husband had the ribeye and I opted for the filet , both just melted in your mouth and flavor profiles were great. I had the Dylan and it was surprisingly very good , I loved the dark cherries, they were like candy. Coffee crème brûlée was THE BEST we have ever tried. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience and I would love to go back the next time we are in Gatlinburg.”
“Came with 4 other friends had a reservation and were seated in the bar. Server was nice but she was the only server in the bar and was also bar tending. The bar tables were full. We asked about specials and were told there weren’t any. Took a very long time to get our Drinks. Appetizers came out at a reasonable time but a long wait for entree’s. Reservations were at 4:30 and we were finished 6:15. The food was good and only complaint was the vinegar sauce on the oysters. Extremely overwhelming. We didn’t finish them.”
“The food was good. The restaurant have us Spoon bread. It was really good. I started off with butternut squash soup. I had the lamb chop for dinner; it was tasty and tender. The asparagus was really good. For dinner, the restaurant gave us a small portion of lemon sorbet. It was very tasty. Our server was very good and very sweet. Parking was tight when you first come in where cars are parked diagonally. The hostess wasn't that friendly towards my friend when he asked where the bathroom was; I really didn't like that! All in all, if you're looking for an upscale restaurant with good food, ambiance, and a nice atmosphere, you can't go wrong with The Greenbrier.”
